This program provides mental health counseling to individuals impacted by disasters, pandemics, or traumatic events. It offers support for those experiencing bereavement or loss related to these situations. Telehealth services are also available and are mandatory for incidents involving pandemics.

Who can use this
- Applicants must have a permanent residence in Utah or be residing in a shelter or resource center, and they need a referral from an ecclesiastical leader to access the services.
