This initiative assists non-English speaking individuals in acquiring English language skills, enabling them to attain self-sufficiency essential for both current and future job opportunities as well as personal achievements in everyday life.
Who can use this
- Individuals residing in Utah who are 18 years or older, as well as out-of-school youth aged 16 and above, must be legal residents of the United States.
