About this resource
The Utah Food Box program offers a monthly food assistance service tailored for homebound individuals with disabilities, ensuring delivery straight to their residences. Each food box includes around a week's supply of non-perishable items, along with as much fresh produce as is obtainable.

Who can use this
- Participants must be at least 18 years old, homebound, and disabled, with an income below 185% of the federal poverty level.
