Who can use this
- Participants must be at least 16 years old and cannot have committed violent, sexual, theft-related offenses, or be convicted of a first-degree felony. Those aged 16-18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

- Photo ID; Official document stating the offense and case number.
