About this resource
This nonprofit organization offers statewide clinics in Utah to assist individuals in expunging their juvenile criminal records, providing a comprehensive service that includes fingerprinting, motion preparation, fee waivers, and document filing by a qualified attorney.
Who can use this
- To be eligible for expungement of a juvenile record, individuals must be at least 18 years old and have waited a minimum of one year since either the termination of juvenile court jurisdiction or their unconditional release from the Division of Juvenile Justice and Youth Services; records from other states are not eligible.
Documents you may need
- Intake form (available on the website). The intake form must be completed in one sitting. The form is not saved and cannot be accessed later. Allow 45 minutes to complete the intake form.
