Who can use this
- Individuals eligible for a medical cannabis card include those who meet specific criteria. Patients under 21 or adults over 21 without a qualifying condition require review by the Compassionate Use Board. Minors can only obtain a medical cannabis card if their parent or legal guardian has a medical cannabis guardian card.
