Who can use this
- Individuals who meet the criteria for obtaining a medical cannabis card are eligible. For patients under 21 or adults over 21 without a qualifying condition, the Compassionate Use Board must review the application. Minors can only obtain a medical cannabis card if their parent or legal guardian has a medical cannabis guardian card.
