About this resource
This initiative provides nutrition education targeted at low-income individuals and families who qualify for SNAP benefits, delivered through classes conducted by trained CBH Ambassadors. The Create Better Health classes are designed to enhance participants' understanding of nutrition, cooking, food safety, budgeting, and physical activity, while also assisting Utah residents in accessing safe and nutritious food.
