About this resource
This service provides a blend of fixed route accessible transportation along with curb-to-curb demand responsive options for individuals whose disabilities make it difficult to use the regular bus and TRAX systems.
Who can use this
- Eligibility requires documented proof of a disability; services are available to individuals with disabilities. Para-Transit Bus Services are offered in certain regions. Residents in areas covered by FlexTrans who are approved for these services should reach out to Medicaid for FlexTrans vouchers.
Documents you may need
- Flextrans requires a written application, personal interview, and a physical and/or functional assessment to determine a person's ability to functionally use regular service.
