This service provides comprehensive case management from the beginning to the end of a client's treatment journey. Case managers build a rapport with each client to gain insight into their challenges, circumstances, and aspirations. This understanding enables the case manager to suggest individualized care that aligns with the client's clinical requirements. During the treatment process, the case manager monitors the client's progress and facilitates communication among the client, their family, and healthcare professionals. Services are available at all Valley Behavioral Health locations.
