This program assists individuals convicted of DUI by helping them fulfill court-ordered treatment requirements at all Valley Behavioral Health locations.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants must be at least 18 years old and referred to treatment by the court system.

- Court Order.; Proof of Insurance — Insurance information, if applicable.; Photo ID — Photo ID, if applicable
