About this resource
The home confinement program serves as a non-incarceration option for adjudicated youth while they await the resolution of their court cases. Supervision is conducted by staff through phone calls, in-person meetings, interactions with parents or guardians, and monitoring of school attendance.
Who can use this
- Youth aged 12–17 who do not pose an immediate risk to the community may be eligible for supervision in a community setting.
