This initiative supports low-income women, infants, and children under the age of five by providing nutrition education, vouchers for healthy foods, breastfeeding assistance, immunization record assessments, and connections to other beneficial organizations.
Who can use this
- Serves females, including pregnant or breastfeeding women, new mothers, and children under five, with income eligibility criteria.
Documents you may need
- Income Verification — Proof of income for the household.; Immunization record for each child or infant.; Photo ID — Valid proof of ID for the individual applying for WIC and all benefitting children.; Proof of Address — Proof of residency.
