About this resource
This program offers support for medical expenses that may not be fully covered by insurance, as well as funding for non-medical equipment that enhances the quality of life for individuals with rare diseases and genetic disorders. Covered items include hearing aids, wheelchairs, specialized strollers, therapeutic beds, braces, therapy spas, adaptive bicycles, air conditioning and filtration systems, and specially designed bathtubs.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants must be Utah residents under the age of 18, specifically children with rare and undiagnosed medical conditions and their families.
Documents you may need
- Proof of Insurance — Health insurance ID card (if applicable).; Invoice or itemized billing statement.; Letter of medical necessity from a health care provider.
