About this resource
These classes offer mental health information to individuals dealing with mental illness and their friends and family members. The curriculum includes topics on understanding the difficulties of living with a mental illness, treatment options, and the challenges faced by families and friends of those affected by mental disorders. Additionally, there are classes designed to assist parents of children experiencing mental health or behavioral issues.
