About this resource
This home visitation initiative is designed for low-income women who are expecting their first child. It includes weekly and biweekly visits that emphasize maternal education and goal-setting. The program spans from pregnancy through the child's second birthday, with visits occurring weekly during the first month, then biweekly until the baby is born, weekly until six weeks postpartum, and biweekly thereafter until the child turns two.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants are low-income individuals (earning up to 185% of the federal poverty guideline) who are pregnant with their first child, reside in Salt Lake County, and enroll before the 28th week of pregnancy.
