About this resource
The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is managed in Utah, providing monthly reimbursements to eligible daycare providers for the nutritious meals they serve to children in their care. Daycare centers and providers can receive reimbursement for up to two meals and one snack for each child on a daily basis.
Who can use this
- Providers must be licensed or certified daycare facilities or kinship care placements, and all staff must undergo a criminal background check. Meals served must adhere to specific nutritional standards to ensure children's health and well-being.
