This initiative provides psychoeducation group classes tailored for young individuals. Among the offerings is The Body Project, which supports young women in resisting societal pressures related to body image and seeks to lower the chances of developing eating disorders. Additionally, ME Time is designed to help teenagers handle their emotions effectively and foster positive interactions.
