Licensed therapists offer in-home physical therapy to assist individuals facing mobility challenges and help them with adaptive device fittings. Occupational therapy services are also available.

Who can use this
- Serves individuals aged 18 and older who are homebound and have a referral from a physician; currently, children are not eligible.
