Who can use this
- Eligible participants include females who are pregnant or breastfeeding, women who have recently given birth, or children under five, with specific income criteria.
Documents you may need
- Income Verification — Proof of income for the household.; Immunization record for each child or infant.; Proof of Address — Proof of residency.; Photo ID — Valid proof of ID for the individual applying for WIC and all benefitting children.
