About this resource
The WIC program assists low-income women, infants, and children under the age of five by offering nutrition education, food vouchers, breastfeeding support, immunization record reviews, and referrals to additional services.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include females who are pregnant or breastfeeding, recent mothers, or children under five, all of whom must also satisfy income criteria.
Documents you may need
- Proof of Address — Proof of residency.; Income Verification — Proof of income for the household.; Photo ID — Valid proof of ID for the individual applying for WIC and all benefitting children.; Immunization record for each child or infant.
