About this resource

This initiative enhances school readiness for young children and fosters self-sufficiency in families through a developmental program aimed at low-income children and those with disabilities.

Who can use this

  • Serves children aged 3 to 5 years. The program is funded by a federal grant, and applicants must submit proof of age and income for the last twelve months or the previous calendar year, whichever better reflects their current situation. Income level and other criteria are used for prioritization.
