About this resource
Marriage licenses can be acquired from the County Clerk's Office. Both individuals must be present in person with valid identification and proof of age to complete the application. These licenses are valid for ceremonies conducted anywhere in Utah for 30 days after issuance. If not utilized, the license should be returned to the Clerk's Office without being destroyed, as refunds or extensions are not permitted.

Who can use this
- Individuals must be at least 18 years old, and those aged 16 or 17 require a parent or legal guardian to provide consent with identification.
