This program may assist individuals aged 14 and older with training or related costs while pursuing their high school diploma, GED, ESL certification, or specific career-oriented certificates and degrees.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 to 72, youth between 14 and 24, U.S. military personnel, veterans, and their spouses.

- Birth Certificate; Completed application and complete the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) or other basic skills assessment.; Income Verification
