About this resource
This initiative supports low-income women, infants, and children under the age of five by providing nutrition education, vouchers for healthy foods, breastfeeding assistance, immunization record assessments, and connections to additional helpful services.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted online at: https://summitcountyhealth.org/services/wic
Who can use this
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, recent mothers, or children under five years old who meet specific income criteria.
