Assists taxpayers in diverse situations regarding tax abatements, which encompass veterans, low-income individuals, the blind, circuit breaker, and tax-exempt properties. The Circuit Breaker program includes refunds for renters and low-income abatements for homeowners.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be at least 65 years old by December 31 of the year prior to their application or be a widowed individual of any age. They should not be claimed as a dependent on another person's tax return, must have resided in Utah for the entire year, and need to satisfy income requirements.
