Documents you may need
- Birth Certificate; Photo ID; Both applicants must appear in person at the clerk's office and must be at least 18 years of age. For minors ages 16 to 17: must appear with parent/legal guardian; proof of guardianship (if parents are divorced). For minor age 15: a Petition for Authorization to marry and Court Order form must be obtained from the Clerk's office and taken to the juvenile court judge, in addition to other requirements for minors ages 16 - 17.
