About this resource
This initiative delivers nutritious food packages and provides nutrition education to low-income Native Americans, focusing on the elderly and disabled who live on or near reservations. Limited delivery services are available for individuals who cannot travel. It is important to note that food services are not offered during the last two days of the month.

Who can use this
- Household members must not be receiving or awaiting Food Stamps (SNAP), and the Head of Household must be an enrolled member of a federally recognized Tribe (proof required). Non-member heads of household may be eligible if they reside on the reservation.
Documents you may need
- Proof of Address — Head of Household must provide Tribal ID or CIB, or provide proof of residence on the Reservation. Those working or receiving unemployment benefits must provide income verification.; Income Verification — Those working or receiving unemployment benefits must provide income verification.; Social Security Card — All parties on application must provide SS number and DOB.
