Who can use this
- Eligibility is limited to members of the Ute Indian Tribe and individuals from other federally recognized tribes. Applicants must not have any outstanding balance with UIHA or own another residence. They must also comply with the low-income criteria established by the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) of 1996, with a minimum household income of $20,000 annually.

- Photo ID — Ute Tribal enrollment ID or CIB (all household members); Income Verification — Pay stubs or W-2 (household members 18 and over); Marriage certificate or divorce decree; Criminal background check (all household members); Social Security Card — Social security cards (all household members); Birth Certificate — Copies of birth certificates (all household members)
