About this resource
This initiative provides early educational and cultural experiences aimed at fostering the growth and development of children between the ages of 3 and 5, as well as their families. It also offers support for nutrition, transportation, and general educational needs.

Who can use this
- Serves children aged 3–5; must reside within the Uintah and Ouray reservation and nearby regions.
Documents you may need
- Birth Certificate — Birth Certificate of the child.; Income Verification — Income verification for the household for 12 prior months.; Health physical exams including dental, with immunization record.; Head Start online/printed application.
