- Eligible participants include females who are pregnant or breastfeeding, women who have recently given birth, or children under five years old, all of whom must meet specific income criteria.
Documents you may need
- Proof of Address — Proof of residency.; Income Verification; Photo ID — Proof of identity for all participants, adults and children.; Immunization records for all children.
