About this resource
This initiative provides short-term accommodation and respite for at-risk adolescents, along with crisis intervention and family counseling services. It caters to runaway and homeless youth, as well as those at risk of becoming homeless. Admission can be facilitated by parents, law enforcement, or the youths themselves. A therapist's consent is required for stays exceeding 48 hours, except for homeless youth.
Who can use this
- Serves youth aged 11–17 who are runaways, at high risk, or homeless, allowing for drop-off at any time with a maximum stay of 48 hours, which can be extended for homeless youth if space permits.
