About this resource
Delivers organized outpatient care for individuals facing substance use disorders and concurrent mental health issues. The services offered may encompass individual therapy, group therapy, case management, medication management, psychoeducation, life skills training, family therapy, and recovery support groups. Programs can also include Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services or Partial Hospitalization/Day Treatment (PHP) to aid in early recovery and prevent relapse while enabling clients to continue living in their communities.

- Minimum age served: 18; Adults experiencing substance use or mental health disorders.
