About this resource
This initiative provides group therapy sessions aimed at individuals facing substance use disorders. Led by a licensed Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC), these sessions create a space for participants to talk about their recovery challenges, cultivate coping mechanisms, enhance communication abilities, and gain support from peers in a structured environment. Each session generally lasts one hour and is available several times a week.
Who can use this
- Participants must be at least 18 years old; it is designed for adults dealing with substance use disorders or those in recovery looking for peer support and counseling.
