This program offers support groups aimed at veterans and their spouses, with mobile services provided in areas such as Gunnison, Manti, Moroni, Price, Roosevelt, and Vernal.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is limited to veterans, specifically combat veterans who can provide verification through a DD-214, military sexual trauma (MST), or a Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty, along with their families.
Documents you may need
- A DD 214 certificate of release or discharge is required to prove the person seeking services is a veteran.
