About this resource
The initiative provides nutrition education aimed at low-income individuals and families who are eligible for SNAP benefits, delivered through classes facilitated by trained CBH Ambassadors. The Create Better Health classes focus on enhancing participants' understanding of nutrition, cooking, food safety, budgeting, and physical activity, while also assisting Utah residents in accessing safe and nutritious food.
