This program offers financial aid for rent and mortgage to families in need. Assistance is allocated monthly on a first-come, first-served basis starting on the first business day of each month. Evaluations of applications typically take about four weeks.

Who can use this
- To qualify for assistance, families must adhere to income limits (200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines), be US citizens, and have primary custody of a dependent child aged 18 or younger (in high school). They must also be facing housing instability and provide documentation such as a three-day pay or vacate notice, an eviction notice, or evidence of homelessness.
