About this resource
This program offers developmental assessments for children from birth to six years old and emotional health screenings for parents during pregnancy and after childbirth, followed by a follow-up call from the Help Me Grow team to discuss outcomes and provide further support.
Who can use this
- Serves children aged 0–5, as well as pregnant women and caregivers of children in this age group.
