About this resource
This initiative, offered by the Utah State Courts, assists children in navigating the challenges of a parent's divorce by teaching them how to effectively communicate their emotions to their parents and alleviate the negative impacts of divorce. The classes are led by a mental health expert who explores various coping strategies related to divorce.

- Ages served: 9–12; Children ages 9 to 12 transitioning through a parent's divorce.
