About this resource
This facility is designed to support individuals transitioning from inpatient mental health care back into community living.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and referred by Wasatch Behavioral Health, Utah State Hospital, or another accredited agency. Candidates should demonstrate positive rehabilitative potential and agree to adhere to the guidelines of the Alpine House. This program is not suitable for those with recent substance abuse issues, violent behavior, criminal records, or requiring nursing care.
