About this resource
This service addresses reports concerning child abuse or neglect by evaluating the initial referral, determining an appropriate response time, consulting with the family to understand the issue, initiating case planning, and providing emergency placement services if law enforcement removes the child from their home.
Who can use this
- Children experiencing abuse and undergoing an investigation for child abuse.
Documents you may need
- DCFS or Law Enforcement will send over the necessary documents after they are informed of the situation.
