About this resource
The WATCH program provides an array of services, including mental health pre-screening and evaluations, individual and group therapy, targeted case management that connects clients with essential resources like Medicaid, food stamps, Social Security Disability, housing support, homeless outreach, and medication management facilitated by a licensed prescriber and nurse.
Who can use this
- To be eligible for the program, individuals must have a serious and persistent mental illness, experience literal or intermittent homelessness, be committed to addressing their mental health issues and substance use, and either be uninsured or have Medicaid or Medicare. Following this, a comprehensive intake process will take place.
