- Serves children aged 0–3; eligible are those born to 3 years old living within the Nebo School District who demonstrate developmental delays in areas such as physical growth, sensory skills, social-emotional development, communication, and cognitive abilities.
Documents you may need
- Proof of Insurance — Insurance card. Diagnosis and prescription from doctor will be required for ABA after initial consultation.
