This initiative provides both online and face-to-face employment assistance through tailored one-on-one coaching and group sessions focused on Active Job Search. It also includes webinars, videos, online workshops, and a comprehensive "Find a Better Job" course that spans from 2 days to 12 weeks, covering essential skills such as resume and CV writing, crafting cover letters, excelling in interviews, and succeeding in the workplace. Additionally, it offers access to computers and the internet for submitting job applications or utilizing online employment resources.
