Chrysalis Connects offers in-home support services for children and young adults aged 2 to 21 who have received an autism diagnosis, including assessments, academic skill development, social skill enhancement, self-help training, toilet training, and behavioral support.

- Serves individuals aged 2 to 21 who have a diagnosis of autism based on the ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale).

- Depends on method of payment, Medicaid requires prescription.
