About this resource
The HEAT Program offers continuous energy assistance and crisis support for qualifying low-income households across Utah. Each household can receive a one-time benefit each year, applicable to a maximum of two utility accounts.
Who can use this
- Household income must be at or below 150% of the federal poverty level, and at least one member must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. The household is responsible for its energy costs, and outreach services are available exclusively for home-bound seniors and disabled individuals.
