Collaborates with families to create tailored service packages that address their unique requirements. These packages can encompass after school activities, behavioral consultations, host homes, nursing services, foster care, and summer programs.
Who can use this
- Individuals must be at least 18 years old; a documented disability is required; services are available for adults with developmental and other disabilities, as well as older adults.
