About this resource
This initiative supports families and individuals who meet income eligibility criteria in the construction of new homes, encouraging them to work together to assist one another in the building process.
Who can use this
- To qualify, a family's income must not exceed 80% of the area median income (refer to the website for income guidelines), they need a minimum credit score of 640, and their debt-to-income ratio must be 41% or lower, including the anticipated home payment. Additionally, the family should not own another property and must commit to contributing at least 35 hours per week towards the construction of homes within their group.
