About this resource
This program assists low-income individuals, seniors, disabled persons, veterans, and families with overdue bills, preventing service disconnections, or establishing utility services in new homes, with eligibility limited to once per year for each type of aid.
Who can use this
- Applicants must have faced an unexpected situation and provide proof, show they do not qualify for the HEAT program, and reside in Washington County.

- Photo ID — Bring proof of unforeseen circumstance and photo ID
