Who can use this
- To qualify, the client's income must be at or below 185% of the federal poverty level, with visits restricted to once a month.
Documents you may need
- Valid food card (distributed on first visit); Photo ID; Proof of Address — Current utility bill or other government issued letter; Birth Certificate — For children: birth certificate, school enrollment, or immunization record will be accepted
